Teen Test Requirements (if you DID NOT take complete course (including driving) with Hebert Driving)
PLEASE read the following list thoroughly as ALL requirements must be met:
TEST WILL BE GIVEN AT OUR DRIVING SCHOOL - 321 N. 12TH ST., NEDERLAND, TX
Student must be at least 16 years old & must have held permit for at least 6 months. PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN
1. DE964 Certificate showing completion of full TEEN drivers Ed course including 32 hrs classroom and 7 behind-the-wheel lessons.
2. 30 hour driving log
3. VOE (verification of enrollment) from High School or Home School / valid for 30 days only
4. Permit (must have held for at least 6 months)
5. We will test in our drivers ed vehicle (Toyota Camry)
6. ITTD video certificate (required by DPS) MUST BE COMPLETED NO SOONER THAN 90 days before driving test since it expires in 90 days after completion. PLEASE PRINT AND BRING TO TEST
